$500 refundable security deposit.

Restrictions: Absolutely No Pets, No Parties, No Loud Noise and No Indoor Smoking. Home is in a  
quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Occupancy limited to number booked. Rates  
are subject to change until booked. All reservations are final.
