• Villa Heron is perfectly located on the exclusive SEASONS community, less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just minutes from some of the best shops and restaurants to be found in central Florida.

• Our home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, all rooms are fully air-conditioned. The layout of Villa Heron is both elegant and spacious it is perfect for family groups or friends, and will comfortably sleep 12 guests. However we are fully licensed to sleep up to a maximum of 14 guests using our sofa bed.

• Season's community is a quiet and secluded enclave, set only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the famous Highway 192. Our brilliant location gives easy access to the numerous restaurants, shops and attractions of Kissimmee, including, Mini-Golf, Medieval Times and Wal-Mart (Asda), which are all just a short walk away!

• Season's community is a haven of peace and quiet, away from all of the excitement of the theme parks. Villa Herons location is very special as our villa enjoys unparalleled lake side views. The lake is a wonderful place to walk around and watch the Florida wildlife, or let the kids play on the tot-lot that's been thoughtfully provided nearby to villa heron.

• Villa Heron has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with cooling ceiling fan, custom drapes, sumptuous furnishings and sofas, and a High Definition 57" home theatre cable TV system.Further equipment includes a DVD Player and Dolby 5.1 surround sound, so that your family can enjoy the evenings together at VILLA HERON to watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!) on the 100 watt stereo CD player.

• We have recently installed a fully equipped games room for your enjoyment. The separate lounge area provides extra space in which you can just relax and chill out.Villa Heron also has a separate lounge area providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play, or for that peaceful haven to get away from it all.

• It might be a good ideal to take timeout from visiting the many attractions that Florida has to offer and chill out in our large sparkling, crystal clear pool. The patio and pool areas are great places to relax with a book or to enjoy a long cool drink at the end of a hard day.

• The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for added safety should you need it. All the patio doors leading on to the deck area have been fitted with additional security devices. The main house is fully alarmed, including smoke alarms, for your safety & security.

• The pool patio has a large under cover area for would be shade lovers. Adequate tables, chairs and sun loungers with cushions are supplied for your enjoyment. 'Florida Glass' panels have been fitted to the pools lower mesh screened panels to ensure your privacy and to protect you from insects. We even supply plastic glasses and plates for use outdoors on the patio and pool areas. We also provide ashtrays for smoking outside the villa.

• If Villa Herons pool isn't enough fun for the family - then choose to play in the fully-loaded games room, with customized flooring and lighting, a sound system, and seating for 6 guests. To keep you entertained why not try out the dart board with electronic scoring, pool table, air-hockey and "foosball" table football.

• If you really have to work while you are staying in VILLA HERON, we have provided a full computer workstation with computer, printer and desk, together with FREE High Speed Internet access. If you decide to bring your own personal laptop than we can get you linkedon to our secure wireless network for the duration of your stay.

• Provided on the upstairs level at Villa Heron, is a secluded Den area with a sofa bed, coffee table, cable TV, Play Station 2 games console, DVD player, and a selection of games. All bedrooms are fully equipped with cable televisions.

• Sleeping accommodation at Villa Heron includes two master bedroom suites; one with a king-size bed and the other a queen-size, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and cable TV, closet space, plus each has a private master bathroom with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower and toilet.

• A further bedroom features a full-size bed, with nightstand and lamp, dresser with cable TV, plus closet space and an adjacent bathroom. The last 3 bedrooms at Villa Heron are great for kids, and each offers 2 twin beds, together with nightstands, dresser with cable TV, closet space, and nearby bathrooms. Our single beds can be moved together to make a double bed if required. Finally, the sofa in the up-stairs den area can easily be converted in to a sleeper if required.

• Villa Herons bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the six seat breakfast bar located adjacent to the kitchen. When it comes to laundry we have a fully equipped utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

•  Villa Heron offers all guests the Villa Direct Free call telephone system so that guests can stay in touch with family and friends. All calls you make are FREE that includes both local, long distance and international telephone calls.

• Villa Heron has been designated as an Orlando vacation home rental non-smoking property. For your security we have installed a fully monitored alarm system, keyless door entry and a safe for your valuables.

• Villa Herons unique location in the heart of the 'Sunshine State' allows for easy access to the following local places of interest: Walt Disney World, Universal World, Wet-N-Wild, Sea World, Gatorland, Air boat rides, etc. Golf addicts are well catered for with more than enough golf courses to suit every level of golfer all close by. 
   
• In the evening you can enjoy a selection of themed restaurant shows: Medieval Times, Pirates Show, Arabian Nights, and Murder Mysteries etc. A little further away by car, day trips can be made to the: Space Centre, Busch Gardens, and the un-crowded beaches at Daytona.
