Just remodeled with travertine flooring, new carpet, new decorative paint and new furniture.  Wireless internet service. 50" plasma TV with surround sound in living room.  This single story condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and over 1900 square feet. The unit is located adjacent to the 4th green of the PGA West Stadium course. a Pete Dye designed course rated as the 4th most difficult golf course in the US.  There is a private association pool and spa and a beautiful view of the mountains and palm trees. This unit has everything you will need to have a nice relaxing fun-filled stay.

There is a king size bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other two large and spacious rooms. There is a large living room and a separate dining room. The patio offers a gas BBQ grill and plenty of seating with breath-taking views of the golf course. The private gate-guarded community offers both privacy and relaxation while still being close to all of the premier golf courses and restaurants.

Wonderful Retreat Spot at PGA West

We just got home from your wonderful retreat spot in PGA West. I wanted to thank you and tell you what a great spot you have there. We really enjoyed getting up every morning and watching the golfers come through. (I did make birdie on that hole when we played it this week). Hopefully we can make it an annual event there. We had a great time and everyone at the PGA West facilities were great.

Two Months Stay

Rich,
Janna and I wanted to let you know what a great 2 months we had at your beautiful condo on PGA West. We enjoy golf, walking, swimming, live theater and eating at good restaurants. As far as all of these go, we could not beat your location. In the morning we would get up and have breakfast on your patio and watch the golfers play the par 3 fourth hole on the PGA Stadium course which is right in your backyard. Most of the golfers found that hole quite difficult except the PGA pros when they played it.

We then would alternate either swimming at one of the pools and using the hot tubs or going for a long walk around the neighborhood. We like that the neighborhood is very flat. We would also do some free grocery shopping in the neighborhood by picking oranges, grapefruits and lemons fresh from the trees throughout the development.

In the afternoon it was usually off for a golf lesson at the Jim McLean Golf School which is less than a mile away or to play golf at one of the PGA coures here or one of the other nearby courses. We especially liked Trilogy and Eagle Falls at the nearby Fantasy Springs Casino.

The restaurants in the area are too many to mention but our favorites were the Lavender Bistro, a great French restaurant about 5 minutes from your condo, Le St. Germain, a similar restaurant owned by the same family and located about 15 minutes away and Mama Gina's on El Paseo. This restarant has a very high priced menu but if you eat in the bar it has what it calls a happy hour menu that it serves all day long and the prices are unbelievably cheap. I had as good a cheeseburger as I have ever had there and it cost $5.95. The wines at $5.00 a glass are also excellent.

The McCallum theatre, about 20 minutes away is one of the most beautiful theatres we have had the opportunity to enjoy. It appears to be brand new and seats about 2000. There is not a bad seat in it. Some world famous entertainers are there regularly. There are more famous entertainers playing every week at the Agua Caliente Casino,also 20 minutes away.
Finally, we want to thank you for being an excellent landlord. The few times that we needed anything you were prompt and responsive and the rest of the time we did not hear from you. That is important. It allowed us to feel more like we were living in our own house.
