From the moment you enter our home you are immersed in Hawaiian art and contemporary architecture.
The marble floors are everywhere you step. The kitchen is a combination of art and functionality.
The views are spectacular.
We spent more than a year remodeling our home and believe you will find it to be extremely
luxurious, yet comfortable.
Kick off your shoes and relax in the living room while you watch television on one of the two plasma
TV's. Or relax in the master bedroom and enjoy the 2nd plasma TV. Press a button and music can be
playing in any room. You won't find another Maui vacation rental property like this. As far as
Maui condos go, it is a truly unique home.
But you won't be spending too much time watching TV because there are so many great places to see
and exciting things to do in Maui and Wailea (where Polo Beach Club is located). You'll never stay
in a hotel on Maui again

When you walk into our home you look up at a wonderful underwater seascape painted by a local Maui
artist. Throughout the rest of our home you will find art pieces which enrich our lives.
Once you enter, turn on the sound system for the room you are in or push one button and surround
yourself with music in every room. Select from radio selections or one of two CD players. One of
the CD players has many of our favorites. The other CD player is in the living room and you can
insert your own CD's.
Open the sliding glass doors to the living room and bring the outside in.
If you enjoy cooking while on vacation, you will love the Kitchen - Large Sub-Zero
refrigerator/freezer; Gagganeau stove top and oven; Miele dishwasher; Espresso machine; and, Kitchen
Aid blender, food processor and mixer. All of the kitchen tops are made from hand selected granite.
Serve dinner at the kitchen island while you cook or set up the lanai for a dinner at sunset.
Marble floors are throughout our home. The bathrooms contain hand selected marbles which bring
warmth and comfort.
After your busy day on the island, sit back and enjoy the plasma televisions in either the master
bedroom or the living room. We recently added high definition cable TV along with a number of
premium channels. Insert a DVD in the master bedroom or living room and relax even more.
If you need to get some work done or just want to browse the web, our home has a personal computer
and printer for your use. Free cable internet connection is also available.
We like to use our overhead fans but if you prefer there is central air conditioning. There is also
a washer/dryer in the hallway.

If you have never been to Wailea, you are in for a treat. Polo Beach Club is nestled among Five-
star hotels like The Grand Wailea Resort and The Four Seasons Resort. Polo Beach Club also sits in
front of the Kea Lani Hotel
But the best part is the "Oceanfront Walk." A little less than 2 miles, the path winds along the
water's edge and leads to fantastic views, hotels and the "Shops at Wailea" (The best shopping on
Maui).

Our home sits directly on Polo Beach and is less than 100 yards from the ocean. There is excellent
snorkling and swiming. A little south of our location you can swim with the turtles. When the
whales are visiting, it is not unusaual to see them directly off of our beach. If you prefer there
is a beach side swimming pool and jacuzzi. Within 5 miles of Polo Beach Club you will find some of

Maximum occupancy is 4 (Including children but excluding an infant)
Deposits:
A 3 night deposit is required within 5 days to confirm the reservation.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
A handling fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the reservation date and the space is not
re-rented, all payments will be forfeited.
