ocean views in every room. First floor with indoor pool (16' x 8'), hot tub, mini-kitchen with wet
bar and kitchen counter, and a pool table. Second floor offers gourmet kitchen and a movie-viewing
room with large screen TV. Third floor is not for guest use. Swim from your own stretch of sandy
beach or take a walk down to Little Island Park and Fishing Pier, with amenities such as a
lifeguarded beach, a tennis court, a basketball court, playground, and a nearby restaurant.
