Bedroom #1: Master bedroom with four post king-size bed sits on the
lower level which opens to the garden and pool. Imagine waking up
opening your French doors and looking out to your own private forest
while hearing the birds sing. Perhaps you decide to start the day
with a dive in the pool or end your day with a relaxing Jacuzzi
under the night sky, star gazing. The master bathroom has a mosaic
tile and stone design and imported Italian terracotta stone floors,
towel heater and a beautiful forest view.

Bedroom #2: Queen size mattress, beautiful garden /forest views.

Bedroom #3: Twin size bed with trundle and gorgeous garden and
mountain
views. This room has a cozy corner with a couch , as well as a crib.

Bedroom #4: Full size bed with trundle ( sleeps
3),beautiful garden/ forest view.
This room has its own bathroom decorated with imported Portuguese
tiles.
This bathroom has two doors and is used as well as a powder/ guest

(All of these rooms are in one wing of the house, and they are all
filled with daylight and beautiful views).

Bedroom #5: is separate from the rest of the house, next to the
kitchen. This room has queen size bed and its own bathroom.

This home is Kid friendly. All plugs are protected , custom made
security gate by the stairs. Gated pool access to just mention a

Montecito. You are only minutes away from the most spectacular hikes
and views. For culture lovers Santa Barbara offers an amazing
variety from Santa Barbara Symphony, University of California Santa
Barbara Arts and Lectures, Music Academy of the West offers a
unique 8 weeks “Master Class” in the summer. Chamber Orchestra,
multiple Art Galleries, Santa Barbara Bowl with world renowned
performers…the choices are endless. Los Angeles of course is only 90
minutes away.

• Cleaning Service Fee $450
• Deposit $2.500 due 60 days before arrival

Depending on length of stay and when arrival date is, in order to
secure reservation 1-3 nights (one night for each week) fee is due
within 3 days of booking to confirm reservation. 50% of total
balance is due within 7 days of reservation. Remaining balance is
due 60 days prior to arrival date (including deposit and cleaning
fee). All cancellations require a written notice.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of 50% if cancellation occurs between 30-
60 days before arrival date. NO REFUNDS if cancellation occurs 30
days before arrival, with no exceptions. We accept Money Orders,
bank or cashier’s checks, personal checks, and bank wire transfers.
We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as
cause for late cancellation.
