Set in the exclusive enclave of Montecito, adjacent to Santa Barbara 
on a private drive above a four acre oak and eucalyptus forest, this 
beautiful Mediterranean style home exemplifies the ultimate in 
sophisticated California elegance. Spacious 5,000 sq. ft. open floor 
plan, newly remodeled 5 bedroom 4 bath home features vaulted 
ceilings, twelve pairs of French doors to enhance the retreat feel, 
imported Italian terracotta stone floors, formal living room and 
family room separated by twin fireplace. Formal dining room opens to 
beautiful patio with beautiful hand-painted Mexican tiled fountain 
for alfresco indoor/outdoor dining and entertaining. Gourmet kitchen 
with hardwood floors, and stunning granite kitchen island which 
seats six to eight people for informal dining. Kitchen is filled 
with natural light . This home is 
tastefully furnished with European" French country "antiques and 
oriental rugs paired 
with all of the modern comforts of today.It is very much a "family" 
home.  

 Serene atmosphere extends outdoors with manicured landscaping, 
large redwood deck offering both ocean and mountain views. Free 
flowing floor design throughout living and dining room areas leading 
to large stone outdoor patio areas as well as a large deck offering 
plenty of dining choices while being surrounded by beautiful natural 
settings. The ocean side garden is also ideal for families and 
features a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi with two additional 
garden level patios for alfresco poolside dining or picnics. 
  
Overlooking the pool is a beautiful separate backyard “pergola” with 
panoramic views of our privately owned forest. This retreat like 
setting is ideal for family lunches or an aperitif where you can 
enjoy a peaceful time and relax, while enjoying your family having 
fun by the pool. 
In a separate garden is a huge Trampoline with safety net

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom with four post king-size bed sits on the 
lower level which opens to the garden and pool. Imagine waking up 
opening your French doors and looking out to your own private forest 
while hearing the birds sing. Perhaps you decide to start the day 
with a dive in the pool or end your day with a relaxing Jacuzzi 
under the night sky, star gazing. The master bathroom has a mosaic 
tile and stone design and imported Italian terracotta stone floors 
and a beautiful forest view. Towel heater and a walk- in closet.


Bedroom #2: Queen size mattress, beautiful garden /forest views.

Bedroom #3: Twin size bed with trundle and gorgeous garden and 
mountain 
views. This room  has a cozy corner with a couch , as well as a crib.
 
(Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom)

Bedroom #4: Full size bed with trundle ( sleeps 
3),beautiful garden/ forest view.     
 This room has its own bathroom decorated with imported Portuguese 
tiles. 
This bathroom has two doors and is used as well as a powder/ guest 
bathroom. 

(All of these rooms are in one wing of the house, and they are all 
filled with daylight and beautiful views).

Bedroom #5: is separate from the rest of the house, next to the 
kitchen. This room has queen size bed and its own bathroom.

This home is Kid friendly. All plugs are protected , custom made 
security gate by the  stairs.  Gated pool access to just mention a 
few safety features.

Activities:  although you are staying in a fantastically peaceful, 
quiet and secluded home you are only 5 minutes away from downtown 
Santa Barbara, beautiful beaches,  (Butterfly Beach in front of the 
historic Four Seasons Biltmore is only a few minutes away) in 
Montecito. You are only minutes away from the most spectacular hikes 
and views. For culture lovers Santa Barbara offers an amazing 
variety from Santa Barbara Symphony, University of California Santa 
Barbara  Arts and Lectures, Music Academy of the West offers a 
unique 8 weeks “Master Class” in the summer. Chamber Orchestra, 
multiple Art Galleries, Santa Barbara Bowl with world renowned 
performers…the choices are endless. Los Angeles of course is only 90 
minutes away.

Sports: there are the all varieties of water sports including 
parasailing, hang-gliding,  biking, horseback riding, polo, golf, 
beach walks, whale watching tours and Channel Islands Sunset Cruises.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
•	$1,550-$1,750/nightly
        Weekly $6,800-$7,800
        Monthly $24,000 - $28,000 (long term stay rules apply)
•       Cleaning Service Fee $450
•	Deposit $2.500 due 60 days before arrival

Depending on length of stay and when arrival date is,  in order to 
secure reservation  1-3 nights (one night for each week) fee is due 
within 3 days of booking to confirm reservation. 50% of total 
balance is due within 7 days of reservation. Remaining balance is 
due 60 days prior to arrival date (including deposit and cleaning 
fee). All cancellations require a written notice.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of 50% if cancellation occurs between 30-
60 days before arrival date. NO REFUNDS if cancellation occurs 30 
days before arrival, with no exceptions. We accept Money Orders, 
bank or cashier’s checks, personal checks, and bank wire transfers. 
We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as 
cause for late cancellation.
