The Lodge at Rivers Ridge in Asheville

Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Mountain Lodge surrounded by 3,000+ feet of river frontage on 17 undeveloped acres.
We stock our river & also offer Fly Fishing instruction upon request. Your family & friends will love
the open gourmet kitchen/living room with its 16 ft stone fireplace and antler chandelier. We have
added a wheelchair accessible suite to the main floor and integrated ramps and large level areas into
our beautiful 5,000 sq foot deck. The Lodge at Rivers Ridge sleeps 25+.

5000 square ft deck with private hot tub, gas grill and deck dining furniture for 24 plus 4 chaise
lounge chairs, 4 Adirondack rockers, 2 side tables, and authentic wagon wheel benches. 2 air-
conditioned bunkhouses on the property within sight of the Lodge will sleep an additional 5-6 in
temperate weather with full bathhouse.

Three gas fireplaces (theater room, first floor living room, Aspen master suite), phones (including
phone in handicap restroom), central air conditioning, satellite TV (ground floor, first floor), 2
52" widescreen televisions with 2 DVD players (theater room, den/study), stereo, video game console
(X-Box), regulation size pool table, board games and craft activities, books, chess, bumper
pool/poker table with chips, bar (The Lodge does not provide alcohol).

AGA Storage Cook Stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators (conference room, kitchen),
trash compactor, cooking utensils, plates, glassware, cookware, commercial grade coffee maker,
front-loading washing machine, front-loading dryer, generator, pillows, mattress covers, blankets,
quilts/duvets. (As the Lodge is not a hotel, we do not provide daily maid service or basic linens
i.e.: sheets and towels. Sheets and towels are available upon request for a minimal fee.)

Wheelchair accessible master bedroom/bath with roll in shower and removable shower chair.

Fly fishing instruction upon request, fishing on site, sightseeing, shopping, biking, hiking, many
outdoor activities. The Lodge at Rivers Ridge is conveniently located minutes from Interstate 40 (Exit
75,) and central to many popular day trips: Pisgah National Forest, within minutes; Black Mountain, 10
mins; Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 min; Lake James, Lake Lure, and Chimney Rock, 20 mins; Asheville, 20-25
min; Linville Caverns, 40 mins; Sugar and Beech Mountain (skiing,) 60-70 min. Research the options from
home or use the printed literature that we provide at the Lodge. The Lodge at Rivers Ridge, we’ve tried
to think of everything.

Off Season - January through April and October through December (excluding leaf season and holidays):
$5,500/week
$900/night Sun-Thurs
$1,100 Fri/Sat (2 night minimum stay required)

Spring/Summer Season - May, June, August, September:
$5,900/week
$1,000/night Sun - Thurs
$1,300 Fri/Sat (With minimum stay of one week in June and August)

Peak Summer and Holiday:
$6,900/week (During July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years with minimum stay of one week
required)
$1,100/night Sun-Thurs
$1,400 Fri/Sat (During Leaf Season with 3 night minimum)

Rates effective through Jan 1, 2008 and subject to change without notice. Additional event fee
charged for large groups. We collect 20% of the rental upon booking as a deposit and require the
balance 30 days before arrival. Refunds of deposit are given if we are able to rebook the property.
