Sanibel in Seagrove Beach

Sanibel is a spacious and clean 5 bedroom, 5 bath home located in the beach neighborhood of Majestica
Beach, a small and quaint neighboorhood of 11 homes. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes
with no streets to cross.
The bottom floor of the house has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 double/double bedroom. The utility area is
also located on this floor.
The middle floor is the main living floor. It has an open den/dining/kitchen area. The floor also
has a small queen bedroom.
The third floor is a huge king master suite with a pull out sofa.
All bedrooms have a bathroom.
Each floor has an outside deck.

Spring (March-Mid May): $2700/week

Nightly rates are available.
Weekly rates include beach set up of 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs. Weekly rates include security deposit
insurance. You pay no security deposit. Cleaning fee of $274 and 11.5% tax NOT included.
