beach. Two levels, each with a private deck and ocean views. Secure
building with elevator and covered parking.
First floor with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating
for four. Powder room and laundry adjacent to kitchen. Dining table
with seating for six and ceiling fan. Living area with large
sectional sofa, queen sized sofa bed, ceiling fan, cable TV(36") with
DVD player.
Second floor master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub, queen sized bed, large
chair which converts to a single bed, dressing area with sink, and
full bath with shower. Second bedroom with two double beds, walk-in
closet, private bath with tub and shower. Both bedrooms have cable
TV(19"), ceiling fans, and private access to the deck.
Smoking is not permitted in the building. Renters are not permitted
to have pets.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of a WAWA, CVS,
grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, arcade, and church.
Brigantine is a quiet, family-oriented resort town only minutes from
Atlantic City night life, restaurants, and casinos.
