Families with children will especially enjoy the expansive public lawn at the front of the house for play and group games as well as the safety afforded by its location on a cul de sac street.

An open-concept kitchen, dining room and living room areas provide an exquisite panoramic view of the Picton Bay. The kitchen with its modern appliances dishes, glass-ware, utensils, and matching granite floor and kitchen counter top makes it perfect work-space to create gourmet-inspired meals.

The dining room overlooks the sunken living room, divided by a tempered glass railing providing a visually seamless separation. The 9’ dining table is one of a kind designed by artist Dan Couvrette and is made of reclaimed wood on a custom made steel stand. The large crystal chandelier overhead provides a sparkling setting for group entertaining or intimate soirees.

For those wishing to dine alfresco, there is a patio door off the dining area to walk out onto a deck and a 14’ eporch facing the lake at the front of the house. Heat up the BBQ and enjoy the grilled County harvest on teak patio furniture overlooking the lake and landscaped garden with drift wood, beautiful flowers and river rocks.

The Art House by the Bay is centrally located for you to explore the stunning landscapes of Prince Edward County and Eastern Ontario, its shops, local produce markets, award-winning wineries, fabulous cuisine, art galleries, hiking & biking trails and rich cultural traditions. Less than a 15 minute drive to the world famous Sandbanks Beach, Dunes Beach and Outlet Beach.

There is parking in the drive way and ample, free parking on the street. Well behaved pets may be considered, with permission from the rental management agency.
