Vacation Rental Description

There are 3 three bedroom two bath homes on this five acre island in 
the middle of a 10 acre fresh-water lake. The island is full of lush 
landscaping for privacy, in the secluded town of Glen Ridge, a small 
town dotted with fresh water lakes, within the W.P.B. city limits, 
population 228. The town is also a bird sanctuary.
The homes are tastefully furnished each with its' own unique style 
and two of the homes come with their own billiards table for some 
indoor entertainment. 
A swimming pool and picnic area is located in the middle of the 
island and is for the use of all the homes! 
The 5 acre island that the homes sit on have only 2 other homes and 
are completely secluded yet just 5 mins. to downtown 
W.P.B., City Place, The Kravis Center, Palm Beach proper, the 
Atlantic Ocean, Trump Golf Course and only 3 mins. from the Palm 
Beach Inter. Airport and I-95. The waterway leads to a 10 acre lake 
full of fish! The properties come with  paddleboats and canoes 
for your boating pleasure and there are grills and patio areas for 
each home. These homes are completely furnished with all you would 
need for  a great vacation. A true home away from home feel! Rent
