We offer you our Valencia apartment, a great apartment that will make you feel like at home. The
first thing you will notice is the beauty of the apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a
fridge, microwave, toaster and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cozy bathroom is
equipped with bath. The living room it is equipped with TV and a confortable sofa- bed. It has 1
bedroom with a queen bed. The apartment has been renovated on July 2008. The location is excellent
and very central, just at 5 minute walk from the famous Sagrada Familia, the cathedral from Gaudi
(area Eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia, you will find a bus stop to
take the Touristic Bus. At only a 5 minute walk you can find the Monumental Bullring, the lastest
bullring open in Barcelona and the metro station called also Monumental.
The area is full of restaurants, supermarkets, shopa and terraces to take a drink. And other
interesting places and also a stop of the modernism of the city is the Passeig de Gracia, considered
one of the most beautiful avenues in all Europe with the famous houses of Gaudi architect ( Casa
Batlló and La Pedrera ). You can get there only in 15 minutes walking ( 5 streets )
At only 1 street from the apartment, you will find supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes
delicious croissants for your breakfast and a nice a beautiful to see flower shop . From our
apartment, you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines
(Blue (Line 5 )and Yellow (line 4) at a 2 minute walk from the apartment that leads you directly to
the Passeig de Gracia (5 minutes) . If you want to go to the beach, you also have a direct bus
that lasts around 20 minutes.

All the apartment is equipped with Heating for winters and Air Conditioning for the summer. We also
provide you a washing machine, an iron and iron board. A free cot for a child is available if
needed. At the beginning of the stay, we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the
cleaning of the apartment once a week (and one free change of towels during your stay if you ask
us). All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a Lift. Other
