Our home is nestled in the woods of Towamensing Trails. Ideal for
weekend/weekly getaways, ski
vacations, summer vacations, and Fall Foilage views.
Towamensing Trails is a private, secure, four season community
offering a lake with a private beach,
pool, Clubhouse with Restaurant/Bar/Snack Bar, tennis, basketball,
volleyball courts, and a
playground. The crystal clear lake is stocked with fish (license
required). During the summer
months,
boats can be rented. Private boats are permitted as long as they are
not gas powered.

Our newly built(2004)and furnished home offers cathedral ceilings,
lots of glass, gas burning stone
fireplace, modern fully equiped kitchen, washer, dryer 3 bedrooms,
2.5 baths, TVs/DVDs in each room
and air conditioning for the summer months. For outdoor entertaining,
we offer a great sized wrap
around partially covered deck and gas grill. The family room serves
as a fourth bedroom and features
a 27" TV/DVD/Entertainmant Center, Air Hockey Table and Foosball
Table.

We are centralized among many area attractions which include: Jack
Frost/Big Boulder (5 minute
ride),
Camel Back, Hickory Run State Park, Dorney Park, Jim Thorpe, The
Crossings Outlets, Lake Harmony,
Split Rock, Paintball, Whitewater Rafting and Pocono Raceway, and
many Pocono Mountain Festivals.
There is always something happening in the Poconos.

Summer (June-Aug): Wkend-$675 Week-$900 Month-$3500
Fall (Sept-Nov): Wkend-$500 Week-$825 Month-$3100
