Quiet condo with pool near downtown and beaches in Santa Barbara

This is our beautiful little condo in the Santa Barbara Highlands. We are a mile from downtown and
the beaches, 5 minutes to each! The condo is outfitted with a newly remodeled kitchen, wood floors,
internet, DVD/CD library and more. The condo comes with a heated pool, jacuzzi and two saunas for
your
use. You get your own parking spot below the unit, next to the laundry. With mature landscaping and
away from the main road this condo is beautiful and quiet. The sounds of the birds and the wind in
the
trees are all you will hear. The decor is contemporary. The art is Dutch and/or local.
I am a local to Santa Barbara and can help you plan you time here, give you advice, or answer any
questions you may have. Wine-tasting, golf, tennis, kayaking, biking, shopping, and surfing Santa
Barbara has it all! Our balcony is private from the street and receives sun all day long.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed upstairs. There is a narrow pull down staircase to get to the
bedroom. Please be sure you are able to climb up and down before making reservations (see photos).

TV/DVD/CD with library, Mac with internet, dishwasher, in-counter stove, oven, blender, iron board,
maid service, laundry, pool, saunas, jacizzi.
