Quiet condo with pool near downtown and beaches in Santa Barbara

This is our beautiful little condo in the Santa Barbara Highlands. We are a mile from downtown and
the beaches, 5 minutes to each! The condo is outfitted with a newly remodeled kitchen, wood floors,
WiFi, DVD/CD library and more. The condo comes with a heated pool, jacuzzi and two saunas for
your
use. You get your own parking spot below the unit, next to the laundry. With mature landscaping and
away from the main road this condo is beautiful and quiet. The sounds of the birds and the wind in
the
trees are all you will hear. The decor is contemporary. The art is Dutch and/or local.
I am a local to Santa Barbara and can help you plan you time here, give you advice, or answer any
questions you may have. Wine-tasting, golf, tennis, kayaking, biking, shopping, and surfing. Santa
Barbara has it all! Our balcony is private from the street and receives sun all day long.
There is a queen sized bedroom downstairs (not pictured yet) and a queen sized bed upstairs in the loft.  To get to the bed upstairs there is a pull down staircase and a steep narrow ladder to climb.  The upstairs bed is only used for parties larger than two and is not charged either.

maid service, laundry, pool, saunas, jacizzi.

$100-$250 per night depending on season, number of people and day of the week. Weekly and monthly rates available.  There is a $60 cleaning fee.  Visa and Mastercard accepted.
