Las Palmas is the full service guesthouse of a larger villa which shares the property. But you don't
have to worry about your privacy, noise from the neighbors or enjoying yourselves because the lush
gardens and layout of the property ensures that you will hardly know that there is anyone but you in
this tropical paradise.

Las Palmas is just a quarter of a mile from the center of Puerto Aventuras. The marina is the
central location for the shopping center and its many restaurants catering to all tastes and
budgets. The marina also includes swimming with the dolphins, a gym and the Marine Museum.

Half a mile from Las Palmas is the golf course and tennis courts. As you can see, everything is
close; yet the villa is secluded on a dead end street, perfect for a getaway vacation in paradise!

Las Palmas is offering a special deal for couples during the mid season and low season months. You
can now rent the whole house and pay only for the bedroom you use. The villa must be rented for a
minimum of a week (max 2 people per room).

Along the coast of the Mexican Caribbean, you will find some of the most stunning beaches in the
world, where you can either relax under a palm tree with a good book or take advantage of the
variety of watersports on offer. Divers come to this area for the wonderful ocean scuba diving as
well as cenote, cavern and cave diving. Fishing enthusiasts rave about the Mayan Riviera's deep sea
fishing just off shore and others prefer to charter a boat or go sailing.

The Yucatan Peninsula is also incredibly rich in culture and sightseeing spots. Make sure to plan a
tour to one of the many magical historical sites in the area; from colorful colonial towns to
breathtaking Maya Ruins, the region has much to offer the intrepid traveler.

The Peninsula is also a paradise for the nature and ecology lover. About half Mexico's bird species
can be found in the region and there are fabulous tours available for bird watching. During the
summer months, do not miss the chance to see sea turtles nesting on our beaches or to swim with
whale sharks, as these gentle giants hide North to breed near Holbox Island.

If relaxation, health and fitness are your thing, we suggest you check out some of the local spas
and gyms. Or how about some shopping while the others in your group indulge in a round or game of
golf or tennis. We recommend everyone try several of the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.
