             2/1-2/28/2013: Special rate at $100/night.  3 nights or more stay

Spring:

             3/1-4/30/2013: Special rate at $850/week 5 might minimal stay

             May: $750/week.

Summer:

           6/1-6/15: $850/week

          6/16-9/5: $900/week

Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas): $950 to $1200 per week.

Pool and Spa heating: $25/day or $160/week.
Gas grill rental: $55/week.
13% Florida hotel tax is not included in the above price.
$100 cleaning charge for less than 7 nights rental

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date by check or credit
card (3% fee).
Refund is available by request through email if the reservation
is canceled 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee is
$200.
