The house was custom built and is exceptionally clean and comfortable. A wood stove warms the open
kitchen, dining and living room space where you can enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, DVDs, CDs, books, games and
views of wildlife. The three bedrooms are decorated in outdoor and western motifs. The master
bedroom has a queen-sized bed, mule dresser, walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The second
bedroom is furnished with stacked bunkbeds; the third with a futon/couch and built-in desk. The
living room couch converts to an additional futon bed. Ping-pong and foosball tables are ready for
you in the heated garage off the utility room. Outdoors, you can luxuriate in the hot tub or enjoy
the piney Central Oregon air around the fire pit.

The house is located on an acre of pine trees off a quiet road 10 minutes south of Sunriver. The
Quail Run Golf Course adjoins the back of the property and the Little Deschutes River, the "lazy
river," is an easy walk away. In 30 minutes you can be shopping or dining in Bend; in 45 minutes on
the slopes of Mt. Bachelor or fishing at Crane Prairie Reservoir. La Pine State Park, spectacular
Newberry Crater, Lava Lands Visitor Center and the High Desert Museum are also nearby.

$110 per night/$700 per week, includes taxes and cleaning.
Refundable damage deposit of $150.00.
Two night minimum except for Christmas and New Year's holidays when minimum stay is 4 nights.
Reservations secured with deposit of 25% of total rent or minimum of $110.00. Balance of rent and
damage deposit due 30 days before arrival. All payments refunded if reservation cancelled at least
14 days before arrival.
