Pass and Boca Grande.

Restuarants, tiki bars and beaches are water or land accessible and only a short distance from this
property.

This home features three bedrooms and three baths. On the main level are two baths and one king size bed in the master, and two twin beds in the guest room, also a hide a bed in the living room. The lower level is a king bed, sitting area and bath. The lower level can be accessed through the main house or it's own seperate entrance.

All bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are furnished.
Kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, toaster oven, coffee maker, Washer/Dryer.  Basic Cable.

May - December $850.00 per week
January - April $1050.00 per week

Price includes four persons. Each additional person is $100.00 per week.

When you rent for four weeks in a row, you will recieve one week at no charge. This week is only
good for a contiguous period of time within the current rental period. For example, if you wish to
stay four weeks August 1 to August 28, you will pay for three of the four weeks. This offer is
limited to two free weeks during a rental period. This offer in not valid with any other discounts
and may change at the owner's discretion.

A $500.00 property security deposit is required to hold your reservation and will be returned minus $100 clean out fee after your departure.
