parallel to the river Thames. On the other side of Shad Thames is the
river front, lined with restaurants all the way to Tower Bridge. There
are more than 20 riverside restaurants and bars within 400yds of the
apartment, whilst a short walk over Tower Bridge will take you to the Tower of London, Saint Katherine's dock and the City (business district).

If you like walking then the walk along the south bank all the way to Westminster, the Houses of Parliament and the West end, theatre district, will take you about 1½ hours, and will take you past: Hays Galleria (bars, restaurants and shops), London Bridge, Borough Market - the best food market in London, Golden Hinde replica, Clink Prison, Vinopolis (Wine Museum), Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Tate Modern art gallery, St Paul’s cathedral, the South Bank Arts Complex, which includes the Royal Festival Hall (music concerts), the Hayward Art Gallery, the National Theatre (three separate theatres) the London Eye, giant ferris wheel.
