Lovely 5 bedroom home with large loft. Also have game room in garage with pool table, Ping Pong,
Fosball, darts, arcade game, and trunk with other game equipment. Home is in lovely community with a
Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course. One of the best in the area. Also close to several other golf
courses. Close to beach so rental is ideal for multiple use. Community provides shuttle bus service
to beach. Currently there is on pool but second pool to be ready for summer 2009 Both pools short
walk from rental. Besides all the recreational activities in the area, 10 miles away is a very large
outlet center and no sales tax in Delaware.
