The Conch House is a lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home by the ocean.
Walk inside to plush couches where
you can curl up to a good book or watch the latest movies. The
front bedroom has a king bed and the
back bedroom has 2 twin beds. The washer and dryer is located in
a seperate laundry room. Outside
there is a grill and table and chairs. This house is about 2 blocks
from the ocean and just perfect
for a peaceful get away! You are not far from the Ocean Walk area
that has a movie theater,
shopping, ice cream, restaurants, bars, water park, game center,
and much more. We provide you a
home away from home for your private getaway. The house comes
furnished with pots, dishes, linens,
and beach towels. You provide the swim suit. With a One Car
Garage there is plenty of parking for
motorcycles and beach toys. There are 2 TV?s in the house along with
a DVD player in the living
room. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the house.
Confirmed bookings require a non-
refundable $250 deposit along with the contract. We strive to be of

minutes from Daytona Beach.
