Pro shop, game rooms, manned guard house (24 hours),

You do not have to go outside the community to enjoy your day on the island. We require a one time non refundable cleaning/linen fee of $ 250.00 plus a security deposit of $ 1000.00 and a non refundable securitydeposit, application filled out and      $ 100.00 to our security and property management association and the secuirty deposit  refunded within 31 days after your departure and inspection by owner NOW $ 4000 Per Month plus tax!!!! WoW! cable television and all amenities included.

Regular Long Term (12) month consecutive Rates:
Now $ 2800 per month for (6) or (12) twelve month
consecutive rental.  the electric as per usage paid by leesee
a security deposit refundable within 31 days of departure and
inspection by owner, price of security deposit is: ($ 1,000). there is a cleaning/linen fee non refundable of $ 250.00 and a $ 100.00 application filled out for our security and property management. Cable television and all amenities included. You pay the electric out of the security deposit as well.
