3,000 feet of Private Beach, 10 POOLS INCLUDING BEACHFRONT POOL with  
              TIki bar. Ocean House beachside pool behind condo to, club houses,  
               tennis courts, bocce courts, bike paths, sidewalks, exercise rooms,  
             sauna, jaccuzzi's, par 3 nine hole golf course running throughout  
              the community. Pro shop, game rooms, manned guard house (24 hours),  
              and roving security.  Garage parking and ample guest parking.  Close  
               to shopping, antique malls, historic area, marinas, fishing,  
                           treasure hunting and parks.

Activities and Attractions

Walk along the private beach, Swim, Bike, Walk, Play tennis, join a  
              bocce ball tournament, play our par 3 nine hole golf course, also  
             many public courses close by, go shell hunting on the 3,000 feet of  
             private treasure coast beach, play cards,join a bridge game or just  
                   relax and watch the tide roll in on your sofa. 
  
                   We have our own channel on cable inviting you to all the

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal Rates: December 15th 2009- April 15th, 2010 
                           $ 3,800 per month  + plus security deposit  
                     deposit refundable within 20 days after inspection by owner 
                       
 
 
                            Long Term (12) month consecutive Rates: 
                    $ 2800 per month for (6) or (12) twelve month rental  
                             electric as per usage paid by leesee 
                  a security deposit refundable within 20 days of inspection  
 
                      
                     Off Season Rates: APRIL 16 2008 THROUGH DECEMBER 14th 
                         $ 2,900 per month  + plus security deposit 
                               electric per usage paid by leesee 
                        (There are no daily rates, by the month only) 
                    deposit refundable within 20 days of inspection by owner 
 
            There is a one time cleaning/linen fee of $ 250.00 collected non-refundable  
                          for any months use of this home 
 
                  Local telephone is provided.    CABLE TELEVISION IS INCLUDED  
                  long distance is by calling card unless you request your own
