We wish to welcome you to our beautiful new 3 bed room 3 bath fully
furnished town home directly on
the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Everything is new in our home. Linens,
towels, kitchen supplies, paper products and
electronics. Our unit has 9 foot ceilings and is approximately 1800
square feet. Step off of the
spacious deck directly onto the white sands of our Emerald Shores.
For those times you want your
privacy, step onto your private deck thru the large sliding glass
doors off of the master bed room.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with night stands and
lamps. It has a 32" color TV and
telephone

The master bath features a full size stand up glass enclosed shower.
For those relaxing features
when you wish to have a wonderful bubble bath, then climb into full
size jacuzee.

GUEST BEDROOM ONE:
This guest bedroom features a full size bed and a twin bed. There
are two closets and a 20" flat
screen T.V. with DVD player. It has a private bath with full size
tub/shower combination.

GUEST BED ROOM TWO: This bed room is on the main floor and has twin
closets. It has a foton bed
that sleeps two. It has a private entrance to a common bath.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a large side by side
refrigerator with filtered water and ice
maker, freezer, microwave, full size smooth top stove with a self
cleaning oven and dishwasher. All
appliances have stainless steel fronts. The kitchen is fully
furnished with coffee pot, blender,
toaster and garbage disposal. For your enjoyment, the first pot of
coffee is on us. Enjoy.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, a love
seat, 42" Flat screen TV, DVD
player and VHS player. It also has a phone and WI FI broad band
connection for the computer. You
step thru the large sliding glass doors to your own fully furnished
private balcony where you can
relax and socialize. We also offer free phone calls to anywhere in
the USA.
For your convenience, each bathroom has a hair dryer.

GARAGE: We offer you a full 2 car garage to park in.

We are pet friendly with a maximum of 2 small dogs. No Cats allowed

Upon returning from the beach, we offer you a shower with hot and
cold water on the ground level.
There is also a BBQ grill for your personal use. We offer you a
beautiful beach that is over 250
feet wide on the Gulf of Mexico. If you should want to spend some
time off of the beach, we offer a
swimming pool and tennis court. If you would like to go
jogging/walking there is a paved path that
goes for miles and you don't have to worry about the traffic.

The unit is approximately 10 miles from a large zoo. Kayak and
bicycle rentals are available at the
public beach parking area. For your shopping pleasure Publics, Winn-
Dixie and Wal-Mart are within a
5 mile area.

We will do a minimum of 3 day rental. Must start on Saturday or end on Saturday

This is a NO SMOKING unit. We do not rent to college groups. If
this is violated, your deposits
will not be refunded and you will be required to vacate immediately.
