This first-floor 2 Bedroom-2 Bath condo has a king-size bed in master and queen-size bed in guest room. There is a sleeper sofa in den if needed. The condo has a washer and dryer in the utility room, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, all linens. Amenities include 5 heated pools, 18-hole Azinger/Lewis Golf Course, pro shop, 4 Lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, many activities. THE VIEW OF WATER AND 12TH GREEN IS GREAT!!!

This private gated community (24-hour guard) is beautifully maintaned with outstanding landscaping, lakes and sidewalks.

Local/long-distance telephone included with minimum one-month rentals during high season (January through April).

Cable TV included on all rentals.

$100 Exit Cleaning Fee, $750 Security Deposit, 11% Tax applies to all rentals.
