With approximately 100 private acres of property you can hike, camp and hunt to your hearts delight.
Trout stream adjacent to the property's edge and local Lake St. Catherine just a few minutes away
offers all the water sport activities sought. Skiing at Killington and Okemo and dining and shopping
in Manchester and Rutland are just a short drive away. Golf just down the road.

Includes: full kitchen amenities with microwave and all basic electrical accessories and utencils,
linen service includes sheets and towels with all beds made for your arrival, cable tv service with
DVD and VHS players and hundreds of movies in stock, two Stereo Systems, game room with dozens of
board games, work out station, washer & dryer, fireplace woodstove and firewood provided, charcoal
barbeque and more. Driveway is kept plowed and sanded for safe access by all vehicles throughout the
winter months.

$995 to $1,500 per week depending on the season and holidays.
$250 per night with two night minimum stay.
