A sunny fully equipped kitchen and living area, fireplace for cozy evenings, as well as a huge private yard and ocean view deck for barbecues and entertaining make this home a great alternative to expensive hotels.

The inside of the house has been professional decorated to give it a comfortable and welcoming feel.  The home is beautiful by itself, but what makes this property truly one of a kind is the private and huge backyard.  We created a clean outdoor living space, allowing you to make the most of Southern California’s fantastic weather!

The huge yard (3,000 square feet!) is nicely landscaped, private, and gated.  It also includes a kids swing, a playhouse, and a large grassy area perfect for fun in the sun.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, with comfortable sleeping for 8 people.  The second story (the main floor) is made up of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other has a comfortable queen size bed.  

They have an attached shared bathroom, and beautiful doors that open up to the ocean view balcony.  The lower level (with separate entrance from the upstairs level) has the third bedroom with king size bed and second full bathroom, as well as the "nanny room" which has a queen pull out sofa and mini kitchenette.
