The House is new (2000) designed by well known architect with
fantastic view of the ocean and the Cabo da Roca, the most western
point of continental Europe.

Additional bedrooms (+ each its bathroom) for 4 other persons is available for a                   small additional fee

Decoration : contemporary and tribal art; hall way : marbel,
Livingroom with wooden
floor, TV, (internet WiFi on demand).
Parking (3 cars) on closed premises (entrance with code);

The garden has lots of lovely corners to hide, to read, to enjoy the
fantastic view of the ocean : BBQ / Openfire in shade place. Pizza
oven.

On warm days : the small refreshing pool is enjoyable, for children also.

A quiet place secluded but not far from activities (cultural, sport, bus)
to spend wonderfull and unforgetable portugese holidays.

The house is located at the border of a typical and lovely little
portuges village : church of the XVI century, white marbel cobbled
narrow streets. The village is about 600 m from main road
Colares/Sintra-Cascais along the coast.

The village has a small café-grocery (fresh vegetables and essentials)
and one typical portugese restaurant. People are friendly and helpfull.
Different small markets nearby. (vegetables, fish etc) week days and
week ends.

Bus stop at 2 min walk.  Every hour to Sintra or Cascais

Being located near Sintra (12 km)World herritage and lots of Parcs,
Palaces,Museums, shopping, Churches, and beautyfull and luxuriant
surrounding (nature. Close too Cascais and Estoril (15 km) and at 30
km from Lisbon Airport. Bus to Cascias or Sintra: every hour at border
of village.
CASINO : Estoril famous casino.
SPORT : GOLF at different beautyfull golf courses : Estoril, Quinta da
Marinha, Oitavos, Belas, Penha Longa at short distance.
WALKING in the beautifull Serra da Sintra (World Heritage)right from
the house to Adraga Beach (20 min); SWIMMING and sun bathing at the
surrounding beaches : Adraga, Praya das Maças,
Praya Grande, Praya Pequenha, Guicho and others.
SURFING : Praya Grade, at the world-famous Guicho Beach. HORSE BACK
riding.
CULTURAL ACTIVITIES  : Visting surroundings : villages, country side and a bit
further someother cultural sites and cities : Batalha, Obidos, Evora, Tomar etc..

Appartment for 4 to 9 pers.(95 m2) (2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms ): 700
€/week for 4 pers.

supplementary one or two bedrooms (20 m2 & 25m2) is possible : 1 twin & 1 queen)- + each its  bathroom at 200€/week/room.

Possible without charge : childrens bed, baby
craddle, high chair on demand.
Including linen, towels, gas and electr.

In winter period : central-heating supplement 300€/week/app +50€/week/room.

Garden, with BBQ in shaded place and small refreshing pool.

Handicap accessible at all parts.

Possibility to rent whole house : adding the First floor (+ 250 m2):
large livingroom,diningroom, kitchen, library, One bedroom +large
bathroom (junior suit)+ terrasses. Price on demand

At reservation : Non refundable payment of 30% of rent - Two months
before arrival : saldo (refundable if annulation 21 days before
arrival date)

Cleaning end of stay : 50 € + 15€/supllem.room -
Refundable Waranty deposit : 200 € refund at end of stay.

Supplementary maid service possible.
Guide Tours (private)(per day or half day) in french, english and
portugese on demand.
