Four (4) year old house one-half block from the beach. It has four (4) spacious bedrooms, two and a
half bathrooms, with an outdoor shower. The house has a third floor deck with a beautiful view of
the bay and sunset, as well as a 2nd floor screened in porch.

activities close by are biking, movie theaters, shopping outlets and all types of water sports.
