Our prestigious property is furnished to the very highest standard and consists of six large
bedrooms, five bathrooms, living room, dining room, pantry, family room and game room. Our prominent
home is fully air-conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay
truly memorable. The expanded outside pool area and lanai compliment our property which is the
largest available in the Trafalgar Village resort.

Trafalgar Village is a superbly located tourist destination located in the heart of Central Florida.
This upscale gated vacation resort community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just
a few miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Trafalgar Village is located within Osceola County, southwest of the City of Kissimmee, Florida, on
Poinciana Boulevard just one mile south of the intersection of U.S. 17-92. This is ten to fifteen
minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort area, twenty minutes from Sea World Orlando, and thirty
minutes from Universal Studios Florida.

The community is centered around a luxurious club house with amenities that include a man made beach
and lagoon, ponds (with plans to stock for fishing), a billiards and arcade room, a 48 seat movie
theatre, a fitness room, a business center and a huge community swimming pool together with walking
paths, jogging trails and much more.

Abundant shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls and quaint downtown shops and
restaurants all close by.

The area is more than amply served by many great golf courses to suit every level of handicap and
challenge imaginable. They regularly welcome visitors and the green fees including cart are very
reasonable.

No matter what your interests, you will find an attraction to enjoy. Mouse ears and the major theme
parks are what first come to mind, but they are only just the beginning.

Wildlife and botanical attractions are among the most popular and include both large parks and zoos.
The Kissimmee Waterway is a spectacular natural area and the Kissimmee River is one of Florida’s top
ten bass lakes, making this a popular fishing destination. And the Boggy Creek airboat ride provides
an amazing scenic tour of wildlife in the Central Everglades.

Prices:

The cost for 7 night’s accommodation with internet discount is $1200 + 13% tax = $1356. For
additional nights just divide the weekly rate by 7 and add this on as an extra per night rate. If
you requite pool heat (winter months only) please add $25 per day. For less than 7 night stays the
cost is $200 per night plus a home cleaning fee of $125. Major US holiday weeks add $50 per night.

back. I charge a 25% deposit to secure the reservation with the balance due twelve weeks before you
