Our large and lovely old 1880 two-story farmhouse is beautifully situated on 4 acres with a babbling brook and backs up to the Green Mountain National Forest.  Easy access year around. Located on Route 100 just north of Hancock, a popular scenic route through Vermont. It is not fancy or deluxe, just plain/simple accommodations for a family to enjoy.

Located in the heart of Ski Country just south of Granville--within 20 minutes of SugarBush, Killington, Middlebury SnoBowl. Also, ride-out to the VAST trails located across the road. Golfing within 5 minutes, hiking, waterfalls, kayaking, rafting, swimming, ice skating, and lots and lots of beauty all around!
