Our prestigious property is furnished to the very highest standard and consists of six large
bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, pantry, family room and game room. Our
prominent home is fully air-conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your

Our home is the largest model available at Crescent Lakes and provides accommodation at the highest
end of the luxury scale.

Everything that you and your family could ever need is included. Two king, two queen and two twin
bedrooms, three large bathrooms, an additional double size sofa bed, and extra foldaway bedding; all
towels and linens, numerous small appliances, televisions in every bedroom, two large flat screen
TV's and high speed broadband cable internet access.

Our oversized game room includes a pool / billiards table, air hockey, play station2 (including an
assortment of both computer and family board games.

The private screened pool (with child safety fence) is 30 foot long and offers fantastic views over
the lake. You are certain to see an array of abundant wildlife and exotic birds during your stay.

The community also provides a basketball court, large open green spaces and multiple parks and play
areas for children.

Crescent Lakes is a superbly located tourist destination located in the heart of Central Florida.
This upscale community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just a few miles from the
Walt Disney World theme parks.

Crescent Lakes is located within Osceola County, southwest of the City of Kissimmee, Florida, on
Poinciana Boulevard just one mile south of the intersection of U.S. 17-92. This is ten to fifteen
minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort area, twenty minutes from Sea World Orlando, and thirty
minutes from Universal Studios Florida.

Abundant shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls and quaint downtown shops and
restaurants all close by. The area is more than amply served by many great golf courses to suit
every level of handicap and challenge imaginable. They regularly welcome visitors and the green fees
including cart are very reasonable. No matter what your interests, you will find an attraction to
enjoy. Mouse ears and the major theme parks are what first come to mind, but they are only just the
beginning.

Wildlife and botanical attractions are among the most popular and include both large parks and zoos.
The Kissimmee Waterway is a spectacular natural area and the Kissimmee River is one of Florida’s top
ten bass lakes, making this a popular fishing destination. And the Boggy Creek airboat ride provides
an amazing scenic tour of wildlife in the Central Everglades.

Prices:

The cost for 7 night’s accommodation with internet discount is $1200 + 13% tax = $1356. For
additional nights just divide the weekly rate by 7 and add this on as an extra per night rate. If
you requite pool heat (winter months only) please add $25 per day. For less than 7 night stays the
cost is $200 per night plus a home cleaning fee of $125. Major US holiday weeks add $50 per night.

included as part of this web site is a good indication of availability, but as I have more than one
six bedroom home I am sure I will be able to help you). After receiving the written quote from me
and if you want to go ahead I will send you a booking form to complete that you can fax or email
back. I charge a 25% deposit to secure the reservation with the balance due twelve weeks before you
