pool is built partway up the mountain, overlooking one one of the more
beautiful beaches of St. Barths. In addition to sea views from every
room, several lovely outdoor sitting areas offer the shade of wooden
porticos dripping with bougainvillea for dining or relaxing while
enjoying the sea and the gentle breezes. Recently renovated, this
villa is an exceptional marriage of modern amenities and traditional
West Indies architecture and charm. A new teak and stainless steel
American kitchen, new bathroom, flat screen television, IPod station
and air-conditioned bedrooms with a bright, modern décor create a
refreshing ambiance in this twenty year old, impeccably maintained
villa. Airport pick-up, laundry, cleaning included. The attentive
caretaker misses no detail to enhance your stay.

Caretaker will do laundry and clean. Fresh flowers are in the rooms

the long road that runs along the sea on this side of the island.
The beach is 50 meters from Maison Rose, just in front and below the
villa.
For dining or having a drink, the 5 star Hotel Toiny with its famed
restaurant Le Gaiac is within a short walking distance form Maison Rose.
The beautiful and renowned beaches,Governeur and Saline aea short
drive from Maison Rose, as is Grand Cul de Sac,for water sport
rentals. By car you can drive from Maison Rose to Gustavia and St.
Jean, the main towns for dining and shopping, in 15 minutes.
Finches and hummingbirds are attracted to the flowering greenery
surrounding the villa, making bird watching from your sun chair a
lazy, engaging activity!

Low season: April 25 - November 21: $3000 per week
November 21 - December 21: $3500 per week
High Season: January 2 - April 25: $5000 per week
Holiday: $9000 per week, two week minumum
Rates, except for Holiday, can be prorated for stays longer or less
than one week.
