This architect-built, 2-bedroom/2bath home is located just a short
walk from the main square of San Miguel de Allende, one of Mexico's
most charming cities with a rich colonial history. The house is built
on three terraced lots. It has a large indoor/outdoor living room and
glassed-in dining room overlooking a lush garden, partially shaded by
old mesquite and pepper trees. Great for bird watching! From the
terrace, which features a beautiful fountain, you can watch the sun
set over the city. The formal living room and master bedroom suite
have fireplaces (with gas logs).
San Miguel's square is the center of town where you can sit and watch
the world go by, hear the mariachis on weekend evenings and immerse
yourself in local atmosphere. The town is a shopper's paradise and
provides a vast choice of wonderful restaurants in every price range
and to suit all tastes. You can also spend days in the many art
galleries or attend one of the many language schools to brush up your
Spanish. Hot springs are just a 15 minute taxi ride away.

iron. She is also a great cook.
