New Harbor View Cottages in Wells

New Harbor View Cottages is centrally located between Ogunquoit and Kennebunk, close to everything, yet far from it all.

Our completely furnished one and two bedroom Housekeeping Cottages
offer you the simple pleasures of years gone by with the charm of
yesteryear and the amenities of today.  

We are pet friendly. Our cottages and porches are all Non-Smoking.
Smoking is allowed outside only.

It is not possible for us to provide an availability calendar, since we have 11 cottages.  Please call or e-mail us regarding availability for  specific dates.

All of our cottages offer windswept porches, fully equipped kitchens
and baths with showers. Aged knotty pine surrounds you. Some have
water views. New queen-size Sealy posture-pedic plush beds
in our 1 and 2 bedroom cottages and also new Sealy twin beds.
All our cottages have air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans, and color
cable TV.

Each cottage has a picnic table.  We have gas grills and free WIFI is available.

Our newly renovated two bedroom cottages (#1,#8,#9,#11 & #12) have new baths and fuly equipped kitchens with new dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils, coffee makers, beadboard cabinets, silestone countertops, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, skylights, heater or fireplaces stoves, and screened porches. Each two bedroom cottage has a separate living room/dining room, and a separate bath with shower. Our 2 bedroom cottages accommodate 4-6 guests comfortably.

Our one bedroom cottages (#3, #4, #5, #6, and #7) have a bedroom with one queen or two twin beds, a screened porch, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove or cocktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dining table, new pots and pans, dishes, and cookware and a toilet, and shower. Our one bedroom cottages do not have a separate living room and are designed for 2 guests.

Our efficiency Cottage (#10) has a bedroom with one double bed and a
love seat, screened porch, and bath with shower. This cottage does
not have a separate kitchen or living room, but has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and a table. This cottage is also designed for 2 guests.

We have a beautiful pool heated with solar panels, picnic tables at each cottage, and gas grills for guest use.  We also have a mosquito machine.   Free WIFI is also available.

We provide the bed linens and bath towels and provide tri- weekly towel change.  Please bring your own beach chairs and beach towels.  

For pet owners, we ask that you remember your pet's bedding, dishes, and towels.  Also, pets are not allowed on our furnishings.  More details regarding our pet policies are provided on our website.       

Fine dining, shopping, movie theaters and family recreation are
within walking distance from your cottage. We are also conveniently
located on Route 1, next to the mile road to Wells Beach, and on the
trolley line.

2013 Rates

Five 1 bedroom Cottages - #3, 4, 5, 6, and 7(accommodate 2 persons)

• Early/late season - $85 per night and $550 per week
• in-season - $110 per night and $640 per week
• Peak season - $120 per night and $695 per week

           Rates are for up to 2 guests

Four 2 bedroom Cottages - #1, 8, 9, and 11 (accommodate 4-6 persons)

• Early/late season - $130 per night and $795 per week
• In season - $175 per night and $1,050 per week
• Peak season - $190 per night and $1,150 per week

        Rates are for up to 4 guests

One Large 2 bedroom Cottage - #12 (accommodates 4-6 persons)

• Early/late season - up to 4 guests $145 per night and $875 per week
• In season - up to 6 guests - $190 per night and $1,150 per week
• Peak season - up to 6 guests -$210 per night and $1,250 per week

Efficiency Cottage #10 (accommodates 2 persons) with double bed

• Early/late $80 per night and $535 per week
• In-season $100 per night and $595 per week
• Peak season $110 per night and $640 per week

   Rates are for up to 2 guests

Early/Late - May 9th to May 23rd, May 28th to June 21st, and September 3rd to October 19th.

In-season  - June 22nd to July 5th, August 25th to September 2nd and Memorial weekend (May 24th to May 27th)

Peak season - July 6th through August 24th.

Additional charge for each pet of $5 per day.
Additional charge of $10 per day per person.

The rates above are based on double occupancy in our one bedroom and efficiency cottages and up to 4 guests in our two bedroom cottages and up to 6 guests in-season and peak season in Cottage #12.

All rates are subject to Maine lodging tax.
