Oceanfront in Paradise in Makaha

This is a home on a quarter acre on the ocean, with lots of coconut trees and tropical gardens,
surrounded by a lava rock wall for privacy -with crashing waves in front and a big tropical mountain
behind it, making it a very tropical, relaxing retreat

electric gate in front, outdoor tropical bar with refrigerator and an ice maker, and jacuzzi with a
dry sand beach next to it and outdoor shower. There is a coral reef between the house and ocean
which has lots of tropical fish in it. There is a hammock between two coconut trees by the water.
There is a"blowhole" and a little bit of an ocean beach to one side in front, but not for swimming.
Kitchen has all you need. The house has plenty of bedding and towels, a washer and dryer, and room
airconditioning. There is cable TV with TV's and DVD players in each of the 3 queen sized bedrooms.
There is a futon in the living room that can sleep two. There is a loft office with a computer,
internet, printers and fax. A newspaper is delivered daily. There is also various beach supplies for
the famous Makaha beach a block away, and fishing gear for fishing in front.

Relaxing, beach going, surfing, snorkeling, watching for whales, turtles, spinner dolphins, fishing
in front or off a boat down at the local marina, golfing up the valley at the Makaha golf resort
visiting the various sites around the island.

Rates are currently 1100 per week except for the weeks that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and
New Years Eve and Day when it is 1500 per week
$150 cleaning fee
$700 security deposit in case something gets really damaged.
