Our beautiful "Slice of Paradise" is awaiting you. We are a bottom
floor condo, which means you will
not have to haul your suitcases up the stairs. We are very private and
quiet with delightful
tradewinds wafting thru the condo to keep you comfortable. The lanai
is "L" shaped which allows you
to find your very special spot for whale watching (Nov - March),
spotting porpoises (dolphins) while
you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or to just relax after a day of
beaching or exploring. There is
a wonderful collection of Hawaiiana for your enjoyment. We also have
a wonderful assortment of
games, puzzles and reading material for all ages. There is beach
equipment including a backpack for
your use while lazing on the beach or exploring our many delightful
trails. There is a lovely pool
on the property with many lounge chairs just waiting for you. Come and
join us at our very
special "SLICE OF PARADISE".

The kitchen if fully equipped should you wish to dine in.
TV, DVD player, stereo/radio are waiting for you.
We are hooked up to the internet for your computer and have a desk set
up for this purpose.
A small BBQ is available with a larger BBQ available just outside our
condo.
There is a lovely pool with lounge chairs.
We have beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels, coolers, hiking water
bottles, snorkeling equipment,
for your use.

There are many, many acitivities available for your enjoyment.
There is..beaching, snorkeling, diving, hiking, horse back riding on
beautiful trails, zip linning.
(what fun), tubbing down an old sugarcane irrigation ditch, kayaking,
surfing, swimming, golfing on
some of the best golf courses in the country. Take a helicopter ride
to really see Kauai and look
down at out small Grand Canyon called Waimea Canyon for fabulous
colors, go along the Napali Coast
for spectacular views and again colors, and if the weather is right
maybe even be able to go to the
top of Waielele which is the wettest spot on earth.
There is whale watching, spotting porpoises (dolphins) swimming with
the turtles right below
our "Slice of Paradise" but only during the summer months. We have
many fine restaurants for our
enjoyment.
We have some of the very finest beaches just waiting for you to explore.
You can hike the Napali Coast all of the 11 miles into Kalalau or just
go as far as the first
valley,. Hanakapiai which is a 2 mile walk in and 2 out with an option
of another 2 miles up to a
fabulous long waterfall with a beautiful cold pool awaiting you. It
is worth the hike. That would
be a total of 8 miles in all. You can Do It...

Our rates are $145 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Our
weekly rate is $950 and monthly
rates are available. There is a state tax of 11.42% and a cleaning
fee of $100. We ask for a
deposit to hold our beautiful "Slice of Paradise" for you with the
balance due a month prior to your
arrival.
