Perfectly situated directly south of South Orange County in northern San Diego County, Serenity at
San Miguel IV is easy to find. It's located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway directly
across from the famous Oceanside Pier. We're located just 90 minutes south from LAX, 60 minutes
south of John Wayne Airport in Orange County, and 45 minutes north of San Diego International
Airport. With forever sunset ocean views, it is the perfect place to for a romantic escape or to
spend a memorable beach vacation with the family! Or, come for a month or two and understand why so many people come back year after year to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather!

The gourmet chef of your family will enjoy the highly upgraded, beautiful wood cabinets, granite
countertops, and upgraded appliances, fixtures, and lighting in the kitchen. Both the master

Within a short 10 minute drive, Serenity at San Miguel IV is very close to downtown Oceanside and
downtown Carlsbad where both beach communities are filled with charming antique shops, restaurants,
