Perfectly situated directly south of South Orange County in northern San Diego County, Serenity at San Miguel IV is easy to find. It's located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway directly across from the famous Oceanside Pier. We're located just 90 minutes south from LAX, 60 minutes south of John Wayne Airport in Orange County, and 45 minutes north of San Diego International
Airport. With forever sunset ocean views, it is the perfect place to for a romantic escape or to spend a memorable beach vacation with the family! Or, come for a month or two and understand why so many people come back year after year to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather!

The gourmet chef of your family will enjoy the highly upgraded, beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances, fixtures, and lighting in the kitchen. Both the master bathroom and second bathroom are upgraded with beautiful, stylish tile and new fixtures. Sliding glass doors and a picture window in the breakfast nook lead to the generously sized balcony where

Located towards the northern coastal portion of San Diego County, it is just a short 45 min drive into the beautiful and 'artsy' seaside town of Laguna Beach and a short 30 minute drive south to downtown San Diego. Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, and The San Diego Wild Animal Park are all just within minutes of Serenity at San Marin!  Within a short 10 minute drive, Serenity at San Miguel IV is very close to downtown Oceanside and
downtown Carlsbad where both beach communities are filled with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries just waiting to be discovered by YOU!
