very nice tropical style reclining chairs, large bamboo chair, desk and more. TV with built in DVD
player for movies or music, expanded 900+ channel cable including free movies on HBO, Cinemas,
Showtime. High speed internet with WI FI, answering machine, office printer/copier. Desk area in
2nd bedroom. Great if you need to check on your business while away.

Kahana Village Resort, is a very small all oceanfront complex at the north end of Kahana, away from
highrises and tourists. Set on almost 3 1/2 oceanfront acres with beach on a coral reef, low rise,
with only 42 privately owned condos, divided into small building of 6 units each...villa style.

The oceanfront swimming pool and jacuzzi are lovely with direct wide angle views looking south,
west, and north, amaziing rainbow views to the West Maui Mountains just above, and out to sea with
the most beautiful romantic sunsets you could ever dream of! 4 large gas bbqs and covered gazebo
with tables and chairs for dining, ice machine, sink and counter. Free Mai Tai party at 5:30 every
Wednesday.

The complex is very well maintained, grounds are lovely with lots of coconut palms, tropical bushes
and flowers, lawns and paths. Long beach in front with easy access, great snorkeling, scuba diving,
a nice walk along the beach to look for coral and shells. Plenty of free open parking.

Walking distance to Kahana Gateway Shopping village, some of Maui's best restaurants! Roy's of
Kahana, Outback Steakhouse, Maui Brew Fish & Game with their own microbrewery), General Store, Gas
station, bank, Maui Dive Shop, several island clothing and souvenier shops. Dollys pizza is just
across from there up another 1/2 block, with several TV screens to watch your favorite sports.

Just about 5 minutes either directions is world class golf! Kapalua Resort, and Kaanapali Resort.
Whalers Village has wonderful shops and restaurants. The old whaling town of Lahaina, is just about
a 10 minute drive from the condo, with miles of stops, galleries, restaurants, small boat harbor.

Go sailing , take a romantic sunset dinner cruise, snorkeling tour, scuba dive, deep sea fishing,
parasail, jet ski. Or, just hang out and relax at Kahana Village condo and pool, you won't miss a
thing. Make a tropical drink in your blender and bring to the BBQ, the steaks and veggies, or some
fresh local fish from one of several great markets nearby. Don't forget the fresh Maui
pineapple..great on the grille! Soak in the jacuzzi while dinner is on the BBQ and enjoy the lovely
views, and friendly interesting people visiting from all around the world.
