The villa is within the gates of the upscale Troon North Golf Club.
Troon North is nestled in the highlands of Scottsdale and is rated
as one of the desert's finest clubs. The clubhouse features the pro
shop as well as a restuaraunt. The Troon Country Club has tennis,
racquetball, a health and fitness club and a restauraunt. Troon is
centrally located to fine dining, theatres, spa's and upscale
shopping.

The villa is located in the gated Troon Golf club and is surrounded
by the beautiful Arizona mountainscapes! The villa is a new 3
bedroom, 2 bath villa with a fully equipped kitchen and separate
laundry room. There is an air conditioned storage area as you enter
from the garage to store your golf and tennis equipment.
The garage is under the villa which protects your automobile from
the elements. There is a 600 sq. ft. deck that wraps around your
villa and is accessible from the master bedroom, living
room and dining room. The villa has beautiful views through 9 foot
sliding glass doors and windows. We can also recommend a personal
shopper at reasonable rates for you during your stay.

Troon Golf and Country clubs offer golf, tennis, racquetball along
with a health and fitness center. The area around Troon offers some
of the finest golfing you will ever find. There is also fine dining,
upscale shopping, theaters and spa's that have no equal like The
Mist, The Spa at Gainey Ranch, The Spa at Camelback Inn, The Pointe
Hilton Resort and of course The Four Seasons Resort.

High Season
November to March $1500 per week or $3800 per month
April to October $1000 per week or $2500 per month

Full Time
Full time rental (6 months to 1 year) is $1650 per month + utilities
