Seasonal Rates from November 1, 2009 thru April 20, 2010 rental price
of $1500.00 per week and $3,300.00 per month.

Off Season rates from April 20, 2009 thru October 31, 2009 are $800.00 per week and $2,300.00 per month

All stays are a minimun of 7 days. $1000.00 Security deposit (refundable if conditions in contract are met) and $150.00 non refunable cleaning fee required with all rentals. ONE pet is allowed with prior approval, depending on type/breed.  A $250.00 non refundable pet fee and notarized documentation of current vaccinations is required.  SORRY, no exceptions.
