Villa Princess in Mykonos is a new entry into the select class of luxury villas in Greece at the
famous island of Mykonos.Once used as the owners house this villa has been completely renovated in
2008 by a local artist, combining local architecture with contemporary amenities, such as the
ultra modern cooling/heating system.
Situated in the prestigious and quiet area of Agios Vassilis area , just above the old port- this
villa is offering panoramic views of exceptional beauty.Overlooking the town of Mykonos and the
islet of Bao, the villa is an ideal option for those who want to savour the world famous restaurants
and the nightlife of Mykonos, but on the same time being in a quiet and secluded area.Views of the
sunset, the harbour and Mykonos town from the villa are spectacular, furnishings and amenities are
five star .
The interior is a mixture of contemporary and traditional blending with smooth and round lines and a
completely white interior. The impressive circular shaped arch separating the kitchen from the
living room is inspired from the feng shui philosopy, and is one of the many designing novities.
The view from the main window in the ample living room is simply all you need to see when you
wake up in the morning.. It is divine!
A total of 300 square meters,the villa is built in 2 levels, so that it allows maximum independence
for the occupants. Each level has a separate entrance. In the first level ground floor there are 3
bedrooms all with en suite bathroom- 1 master bedroom with direct view to the Aegean sea and the
city and 2 more bedrooms at the rear side.
A big fully equipped kitchen, decorated with traditional local materials is another
decorative surprise of the house. On the same level there is a dinning room, the living room with
built in sofas and a built in bed, so that you can maximize your relaxation at all times. To keep
up with your working tasks a separate working area is provided with a desk where you can work
while gazing the blue Aegean horizon.
The main bathroom is also spacious with a big Jacuzzi bathtub and small rooftop windows to allow
natural sunlight to come in.
An exterior stair leads to the second level of the villa.It is an open plan style apartment with a
double bedroom, a big living/dinning room, an office area and a smaller but fully equipped kitchen.
Yet, the outside sitting areas and the unobstructed view is even better on this level.
