This beautifully landscaped new condo home has a large screened porch with gated heated pool & bathrooms, only footsteps away from your door! There is a private fishing dock and private covered area for picnics for you and your family! This condo features a dream kitchen with granite counter tops, new custom cabinetry with all stainless steel appliances, sub zero refrigerator and is fully equipped. This home has all new carpet in bedrooms, tile throughout, glass shower doors and granite in both baths. Side by side washer and dryer in utility room. We have 1 regular couch, 1 reclining chair and flat screen HDTV, DVD, cable TV & WiFi. The dining table seats 6. The master bedroom features a king bed with flat screen TV and separate garden tub for the ladies to relax in, glass shower for all of you men. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed and second guest features a futon (single bed). We want our guests to feel right at home so if there is anything we have forgotten just drop a line in our suggestion box and we will have it for you on your next stay.
