Point East 2BD/2BA Ocean view condo in Ocean Front Resort in New Smyrna Beach

My beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath condo has an ocean view over the swimming pool courtyard and is on the top 3rd floor near the elevator and laundry facilities. It's in an ocean front resort at Point East Condominiums, 3801 South Atlantic Avenue #304.  The resort has an Olympic size pool (heated), a kiddie pool, shuffleboard, covered picnic area, and large ocean front lounging deck. The resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone so it's a car-free beach for family fun and safety.

This Deluxe two bedroom two bath condo has a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and private balcony. The balcony faces south for warm southern exposure in the winter months.  You can hear the ocean from the king size bed in the master suite through the separate door leading to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a king size pillow top bed, the guest bedroom has TWO full size  beds, and the living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa, TV chair and comfortable recliner.

This condo is beautifully decorated and all floors are tiled throughout.  It has a large entertainment center with a new 40" High Definition LCD TV with Cable TV programming.  It's perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or favorite sports programs.

This resort is located next to the 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park with a lifeguard on duty. The park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic area with charcoal grilles, playground, and recreation area. It's a great place to cook out and enjoy the beach just a few steps from the condo.

It has a well stocked kitchen with a pass-through breakfast bar and separate dining area. The kitchen has all new major and minor appliances, plus all utensils. The resort has wireless internet and Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms.

The resort is ocean front with free beach access just steps from the pool. The Olympic size pool is seasonly heated in the winter months. The resort offers shuffleboard and covered picnic area plus a large ocean front lounging deck. the resort is also next door to a beautiful ocean front county run park with a lifeguard on duty. The park has restrooms, outdoor showers, viewing benches, covered picnic area, plus a playground and recreation, i.e. basket ball and handball courts.  My condo is well stocked with beach toys, beach chairs, sports equipment and indoor family games.

Did you know? New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando. It's on the east coast and just a
short (approx. One Hour) drive to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions including Disneyworld, EPCOT, Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's only a half hour to Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR events.

destination for vacationers that want the best that Florida has to offer. This island is a walking island and restaurants and shopping are all within two blocks of my rentals. We also have Flagler Avenue with plenty of nightlife and day time boutique shopping and restaurants. We like to call it the Flagler crawl.

Rental Rates 2012/2013: The weekly rates for this rental start at only $650/week (after Labor Day through December) plus tax (12.5%) and a $80 cleaning fee. During high summer season (June through August) the weekly rate is $1,150. Monthly rates during the winter are $3,000 based on availability.
Ratse are subject to change, and may be higher during special events and holidays. My maximum nightly rate is $200/night plus tax and cleaning. I require a $200 Security Deposit to guarantee your reservation. It is refunded by mail after you vacate the rental. I offer a 30 day cancellation policy with refunded deposit less a $50 handling charge. In the case of hurricane or other natural disaster, I offer a full refund of rent and deposit.
