• January 31-March 26 $1,299 for the week or $239 per night. 18% tax included 5+ nights required
• March 27 - April 11, $2,998 for the week. 7 nights required - includes 18% tax
• April 11 - June & Sept - mid Nov $999 per week or night-now only $159 per night  - includes 18% tax 3+ nights required.  
• Sept 11-18:  $1,399 per week.

• July - August, 2010:  $1,099 per week or $179 per night - includes 18% tax 5+ nights required

• Dec 1 - 16: $999 per week or night-now only $159 per night  - includes 18% tax. 4+ nights required

Tax (18%) and maid service is included!

• 2010 Holiday Rates: Thanksgiving $2,998 for 7 nights, Christmas $2,998 for 7 nights and $3,799 for 7 nights over New Years. Seven nights are required over the Easter, Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving period.
