East Hampton Classic in East Hampton

Like new post modern house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Northwest Woods. Situated on 1.4
acres surrounded by 20 acres of wooded reserve land near Sammy's beach and Cedar Point Park. Very
light and bright home with cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Beautifully furnished but
comfortable. The house comes with a large rear projection TV, high end stereo system, and
high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.
The house also has a washer/dryer, ice maker, central vac and dual zone central A/C. There is a
large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

Our home is not the typical rental. My wife Julie and our two boys spend as much time there as
possible. We keep the house in wonderful condition and take a lot of pride in offering a great
vacation rental experience to our guests.

There is a 40' x 20' heated pool in the back yard with a brick surround patio and large, open deck.
The entire property is fenced and comes with a child safety pool fence as well. The front and back
yards are totally private. Additionally, we provide a Weber gas grill, outdoor table and plenty of
deck chairs and lounges. We also supply our guests with bikes, beach equipment, childrens books,
toys, DVD's and CD's. The house is completely child safe, with a permanent safety gate installed at
the top of the stairs. We also provide a crib, high chair and safety bed rails. Cedar Point park is
a short walk away, and in addition to the wonderful hiking trails and beaches it also offers a
terrific children's play area with swings and jungle gymn.

There are numerous hiking and biking trails in our immediate area as well as some of the most
beautiful ocean and bay beaches in the world . The bay beaches are within walking distance and the
ocean beaches are a short 10 minute drive away. The towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor are also
within a 10 minute drive from our house.

2009 rates....$1,500-$6,500 per week; $3,000 for Memorial Day week. Note: One week minimum rental for summer 2009

June......$3,500 per week
July.......$5,500 per week
August...$6,500 per week
September..$3,500 per week
Off Season..$1,500-$2,500 per week. Please inquire regarding Holiday rates.
