Sea Hawk1 in Navarre Beach

For your vacation and relaxation, we invite you to our beautiful 3 bed room 3 bath fully furnished
townhome. It is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. We furnish everything to include towels,
linens, kitchen supplies and electronics. Our unit is approximatly 2100 square feet and has two
spacious decks and a large patio. We offer a large carport and parking area. If you have a boat,
we have room for it also. You can relax on our fully furnished patio or step off the deck onto the
beautiful white sands of the Gulf.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with night stands and lamps. There is also a
phone for your private use. There are two large closets with full mirrored bipass doors. A 23" TV
is provided along with a sitting area. The master bedroom has it's own private deck.

Guest Bedroom One has two full size beds with night stand and light. It has a flat screen TV with
DVD player. There is a dressing area and a full walk in closet. It has a private area for the
tub/shower. You have a view of the intercoastal waterway from the oversize window area

Guest bedroom two has a Queen size bed and night stand. It has a large double closet with mirrored
doors. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player. It has a private bath room with shower/tub
facilities. This bed room also has large oversize windows that you can view the intercoastal water
way from.

The kitchen is fully furnished with a side by side refrigerator/freezer with cold water and ice, a
full size smooth top stove with self cleaning oven, diswasher and microwave. All appliances have
the new stainless steel fronts. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pot, blender, toaster,
pots and pans, silverware and dish's. Oh by the way, your first pot of coffee is on us. Enjoy.

The living room has an extra large curved couch and chairs. It has a 42" flat screen TV, DVD and
VHS players. Numerous movie and music channels are furnished. We also furnish wireless broadband and free nationwide phone service.

We offer a full dining area and breakfast bar with stools.

We are pet friendly allowing a maximum of 2 small dogs. A large dog may be allowed with approval.

There is a shower for when you return from the beach located on the patio on the ground floor.
There is a BBQ grill available for your personal use. Across the street from the unit there is a
paved jogging/walking and bicycle path. No need to worry about traffic. It is some 3 miles in
length. As you come on to the beach there is a bicycle and kayak rental available.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during prime time.

We will do a minimum of 3 day rental which starts Saturday or Ends Saturday.

This is a NO SMOKING unit. We do not rent to college groups. If this is violated, your deposits will not be refunded and you will be required to vacate immediately.
