Location: Oxnard, Central Coast, California, USA (Between S. Monica and S. Barbara 1hr. from W. LA & SF Valley)
Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 16)
This 4000 square foot Victorian style home has 140 feet of beach front with panoramic views of the ocean from the den, diningroom and living room. There is a wrap around deck fronting the beach with a garden patio that features a built in charcoal barbecue and gas fire pit.
The first floor entertainment room includes a full bar with refrigerator, a fireplace, a bumper pool table,and a large screen TV. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms and two full baths, one of which has a large jet spa-tub. An oak spiral staircase leads upstairs to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, informal and formal dining areas, and a large living room with a fireplace and multiple sitting areas.
The master bedroom features an extraordinary king size canopy bed with posts, a sitting area with fireplace, and a walk in closet. The master bathroom includes a three jet shower. Skylights and stained glass windows are featured throughout. There are two upstairs balconies off of the master bedroom and living room . A roof deck offers a spectacular 360 degree ocean and mountain view.
This Mandalay beach estate is located between Ventura Harbor and Oxnard's Channel Islands Harbor. Nearby is downtown Oxnard and Ventura. All of these areas feature quaint shops and a variety of dining experiences. Enjoy wine tasting and dining at Oxnard's own Herzog Winery.
Boat excursions are available in the harbor and to the Channel Islands National Park for sight seeing and fishing. Other water activities include surfing, kayaking, and scuba diving. The nearby dunes and park make for a wonderful biking or hiking experience. The Camarillo Factory Outlets are only minutes away off of the 101 freeway.

* Winter : $750/night : $3500/week : $11,500/4 wks.(+utilities for monthly rental)
* 3 day winter special is $1950. * Oct.-March midweek 3 day special is $1550.
* Summer rates are offered weekly from Friday to Friday at $5000.
* Summer rates Start Jun 26 to Sept 11.* June special is $3900/week.
* Winter holidays at an additional 10-20% charge.
* $250 cleaning fee additional. Check in is 4:00PM, Check out is 11:00a.m.
* $1000 (refundable) security deposit for 1 week stay. Greater than 1 week $2000.
* Location shoots & weddings @ an additional charge. Prices do not include taxes.
