This adorable cottage is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Sedona.  In warmer months, towering mulberry trees and lush gardens attract a wide variety of birds and butterflies, creating a heightened sense of peace and sanctuary in this space.  Autumn and winter bring radiant color changes and enhanced red rock views.  In December and early January the cottage is a holiday charmer, with sparkling lights all around and seasonal decorations inside to create a festive mood -- a perfect spot to relax and escape the typical holiday hustle and bustle. 

An incredibly convenient location, the  property is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and services, including two natural foods stores, vegetarian/raw food restaurant, two metaphysical bookstores, and a day spa. Other local services and many hiking trails are just a few minutes away by car. 

For those with metaphysical interests, the property sits at the base a major Sedona vortex. Many people report experiences of heightened intuitive abilities and deep spiritual insights while spending time in or near this zone.

The cottage includes a spacious floorplan with vaulted ceilings and windows all around, comfortably accommodating 1-2 people.  For an extra $60 per day, an attached guest suite with kitchenette and full bathroom (private entrance) is also available and can accommodate an additional guest. The studio unit is not available as a separate rental. 

A wonderful, fully furnished, trellised patio, with woodburning fireplace, large gas grill, and views of the surrounding gardens, provides additional  space and is perfect for quiet reflection, outdoor dining, and stargazing.   

A lending library on-site includes over 500 books on a wide
range of self-help and metaphyical topics. CD/DVD player, along with a wonderful collection of fun, uplifting and educational DVDs is also available.  Sorry, no standard TV service.

Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday in April, May, and October.  Some flexibility on rental start and end dates in other months. 1/2 Rental fee due upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Full fee due if reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
