We are centrally located to all of the activities on Maui and have miles and miles of beautiful
beaches, uninterrupted by commercial activity.
From gourmet kitchen tools to boogie boards and tropical art, this is the most comfortable, clean
unit in the resort complex. It is on the fifth floor of a six story building, sitting directly on
the water and adjacent to parkland and the Hawaiian Humpback Whale Sanctuary. Mother and baby whales
can be viewed frolicking in the ocean from our lanai (balcony), Kayakers, outrigger canoes and
wind/kite surfing can viewed while enjoying a meal in comfort.
a very convenient and wonderful oceanview restaurant (Shangri la) is located on the first floor.

Fully furnished in decorator furniture from Ashley and tropical artwork and sculptures. Ceramic tile
floors, granite countertops, rock walled shower, washer& dryer, dishwasher, tropical designer
dishware and chef cookware. Beach toys,binoculars, cooler, beach chairs, towels, etc etc are all
here.
Quiet split air conditioning system is controlled by remotes in individual rooms. Ceiling fans and
TV's are in each room. Living room tv is 42 inch hd lcd with dvd player. Lanai has seating for five
with fantastic 180 degree ocean views. Rainbows and whale sightings abound.
Solar heated swimming pool is located oceanside with BBQ's and tables oceanside and rooftop garden
with BBQ's and tables. Rooftop garden has 360 degree island views and is a great place to toast the
sunsets with neighbors. Tropical plants and waterfalls are plentiful in our perfectly manicured
grounds.

Swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, shuffleboard can all be done
from our front yard.
There are several major world-class golf courses within a few miles of our home. All with wonderful
ocean views of their own.
We are four miles north of Wailea with all of it's five star hotels and shops. Twenty miles south of
the seaport of Lahaina with all of it's shops, galleries, activities and history. Only 8 miles from
the main airport of Kahalui. Walk to farmers markets, restaurants, and many shops of Kihei.
The beach to the north goes through a wild bird sanctuary and ends at the famous Maui Ocean Center
aquarium.

High season (Dec 15-March 31) rate is $225 per night, plus 7.25% T/A and 4% GET Hawaiian taxes.
Low season (April 1-Dec 14) rate is $210 per night, plus HI taxes
Cleaning fee is a one-time $100
$200 reservation deposit is required which converts to a damage deposit upon arrival and is refunded
post-departure.
$20 per night is charged for each adult in excess of four. (Adult is age 13 and older) Children
under 13 are free.
