There’s plenty of room to relax in this ground level town home. This summer we underwent a major renovation of the great room, kitchen and dining room. The large sunny great room features mountain décor, vaulted ceilings, custom alder woodwork, skylights, and a wood-burning fireplace with natural stone and a beetle kill log mantle. Relax on the leather couches in front of the 40” LCD TV with surround sound and DVD player. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, knotty hickory cabinets, and granite countertops and eating bar, is open to the great room. The large dining room features a hand crafted, oak farmer’s table, marble top buffet and antler chandelier. The SE wall of the great room is all glass and opens to the deck with patio set, sitting benches and gas grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors, where it is not uncommon to spot our resident fox family.

The townhome has (4) bedrooms and (3) full baths. The large master bedroom features a log queen bed, TV / VCR and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub / shower. The 2nd bedroom, also with a log queen bed, opens to the downstairs living area or closes off for privacy. Bedrooms 3 & 4 each sleep 3 with a full size bed under a twin bed. The fold out sofa in the great room makes out into a 3rd queen size bed.

After a day on the mountain, you’ll enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tubs located a short ½ block walk. Other conveniences include wireless high speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the townhome and private covered parking for 2 cars. The mudroom is large enough for the entire group to store their equipment and has heated boot racks… ahhh… dry, warm boots in the morning.

intermediate and advanced ski terrain. Peak 9 has snow making from
top to bottom and is perfect for all levles of skiers and boarders. From Peak 9
you can ski from any of the 3 other Peaks. Ice Skating is available
at Breck's new indoor arena just 3 blocks away. Backcountry / cross-
country skiing is nearby as well.
Just 100 feet from the townhome you can board the FreeRide bus to take you
around Breckenridge, or with connections to the Summit County shuttle
to the other great Summit County Ski Resorts: Copper Mountain,
Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Frisco.
Summer Fun Out your Back Door:
Go hiking out your back door or on several 14K peaks nearby. Bike or
hike along the Blue River or on mountain trails. Are you motivated
